Step 1: Posture(姿态)
Stomach in, buttocks(臀部) out, shoulders back
Step 2: Land on ball of foot(大脚趾后方的趾关节)
For balance do not step on toe or heel
Step 3: Use thigh(大腿) muscles for lift
Feel them contracting(收缩) as you walk
Step 4: Put one foot in front of the other
Don’t walk with your feet parallel(平行的)
